For custom products, we will contact you via email before production begins. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We strive to represent our products accurately, but variations in color or detail may occur due to screen settings. Descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. Reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive our confirmation.

Custom Products:

  • You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund.
  • We will contact you via email before production. If you do not reply within 48 hours, we will proceed with production by default.
  • Once production starts, cancellation and refund are no longer available.

SECTION 5– RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Framezaart is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are directly between you and Framezaart. Shopify is not responsible for any purchase-related matters.
