Returns
We accept returns only for non-custom products. If you are not fully satisfied with your non-custom item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. They must be returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. There is no restocking fee, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Products (Not Eligible for Return)
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
You may cancel a custom order before production begins and receive a full refund. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.e will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at kaijieliu016@gmail.com if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution.
Once your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
If you wish to exchange a non-custom item, the fastest way is to return it and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via your original payment method.
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method. We do not offer refunds to alternate accounts or in-store credit unless otherwise arranged.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at jlk95752@gmail.com
