Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the following countries/regions: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and other European countries.
All shipping costs and applicable taxes are fully covered by us — customers do not need to bear any logistics or tax fees.
Processing & Production Time
Order Processing:
All orders will be processed within 2 calendar days after the order is placed.
Production Time:
Most products are handmade and require about 1 month to complete.
For special or more complex products, the production time may extend to approximately 2 months.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment if applicable.
Delays and Disclaimer

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
